Specifically, the Cyber & Technology Services Endorsement protects against claims alleging errors & omissions and other torts named in the policy arising from cyber and technology services performed for clients.
Typical businesses insured under the Cyber & Technology Services Endorsement include website developers, designers, programmers, consultants, content providers, hosts, and administrators.

Crisis Management And Computer System Extortion Coverage Endorsement (First Party)
Crisis Management/Public Relations Expense – reimburses costs associated with an enterprise security event, such as public relations expenses, and notification costs and credit monitoring services where required by law
Computer System Extortion – reimburses costs associated with an extortion threat in order to prevent a system failure or disclosure or theft of protected personal information such as costs to retain a negotiator and pay for the extortion loss.
